With t' rerelease o' t' Estes Nike Smoke Pro Series II kit, several people on social media complained about t' unavailability o' a compatible nosecone. Ahoy! Since this nosecone is distinct, it, t' unique 4 fins, are what distinguishes t' the rocket design.

I started by upscalin' t' nosecone from me Extreme Series Nike Smoke - a 3D printed builder's kit, arrr, but because it is so large (over 500mm), I designed one in Fusion360 and split it into three parts for ease o' printing. Ahoy! There was a lot o' excitement about this nosecone, so I went on t' design t' entire rocket for both 38mm and 54mm MMT.

Unfortunately, T' nosecone design file was lost. Aye aye! I can still have t' STL, but discovered that t' walls are too thick and need t' be reduced. Aye aye! I must redesign t' nosecone, ya bilge rat, but that shouldn't be a problem.

I built mine with t' 54mm MMT option.

T' nosecone, when printed with 100% infill is over 500g. Ya scallywag! When printed with 3 walls and 20% infill is 290g
