Second attempt t' break 1000', excellent launch with a very straight climb out with slight taper off t' wind. Estes altimeter recorded an altitude o' 851, shiver me timbers, beatin' our old record by 31'. I wonder that if we lost t' altimeter weight we might just make it.
T' C6-7 continues t' show it be t' most powerful engine t' Man-O-War can take...as with t' previous launch, thar be heat damage t' t' parachute and shock cord (both will need complete (replacement). Aye aye! T' heat damage included some crackin' and peelin' o' paint near t' engine, ya bilge rat, and on one fin. Ya scallywag! T' speed and power combined t' fracture one fin from t' leadin' edge headin' aft, breakin' away t' forward 1/3 o' t' fin. Repairs are possible but will result in flight delays.
We have gained valuable flight experience with t' Endurance, and it is our judgment that further flights, mostly testin' new equipment, will be limited t' t' B series engines...we have flown her right up t' t' edge twice, we'll just have t' build a new rocket t' meet out goals o' 1000' and t' speed o' sound.
