This be t' LOC-IV maiden flight and me successful Level 1 certification. Well, blow me down! T' project was built for me NARRRRR Level1 Certification flight. Well, blow me down! It was built as a zipperless design so I added a 6" baffle at t' top o' t' booster section and a 14" section o' body tube under t' nose cone. T' motor and casin' was provided by Cesaroni Technologies as part o' t' "Certify With Us" program.
