Launch o' Apogee IV high-altitude rocket on a single Estes D12-7. Ya scallywag! Estimated apogee was around 1500 ft. Blimey! Flawless launch and deployment o' recovery system. But, matey, even with light winds (10 km/hr), drift t' NE was significant - perhaps 300-400m, ya bilge rat, and into forested/rough terrain. Rocket was nay recovered even after a 2-3 hr ground search.
