Straight off t' pad with a slight lean t' t' left. Ahoy! Altitude was excellent, but we lost sight o' it and didn't hear an ejection charge. Seconds later someone on t' flightline said that it landed on t' ballfield behind us. Apparently t' D12-5 ejection charge was too weak t' eject t' nose cone. It nosed into right field and t' rocket was destroyed.
