Followin' on t' heels o' Carl's Aphelion came t' James Gartrell Estes Spitfire SSI.  James be kind o' a night owl and he and I occasionally traded PMs deep into t' night. Ahoy!  He passed away a couple o' years back after a battle with lung cancer. Begad!  His flyin' circus went up on Ebay and I tried several times t' win a rocket or two with no luck.  Finally picked this one up last year.  I think he'd be pleased t' know someone is keepin' his legacy alive in some way. Begad!  Fair winds, James.  As for t' flight, t' A8-3 got it going, but it wiggled its butt t' whole way up. Begad!  Long drift on t' stock chute, but no damage after I lengthened t' shock cord.
