An odd little rocket. Mid-power LOC/Precision apparently made an attempt at gettin' into t' low-power field. They followed t' Estes lead o' too little shock cord and paired it with some really odd sticker decals. T' laser cut balsa is nice, and t' body tube is sturdier than normal, shiver me timbers, but t' feelin' on t' whole is one o' half-assery.
