No plans exist that I know of, so I used t' artist renderin' in t' 1970 Astronautic Modeler t' come up with fin shapes and tube sizes. This is more o' a close guess than an actual rocket built from a plan.

Huge gust came up just as t' button was pressed. T' Sigma II windcocked left violently and began a near horizontal flightpath across t' field. I lost it as it staged. T' booster drifted far past t' pads t' t' right, but I never found t' sustainer despite walkin' all t' way t' t' fence. When I took me next rocket t' t' pad it was sittin' on t' LCO table.
