Launched with 2 lights in payload.  Believe rocket was too heavy for engine.  Slow ignition and liftoff.  Rocket rose maybe 40 feet in t' air, me bucko, turned and slammed into t' ground.  Nosecone damaged.  Light broke.  Ejection charge went off on t' ground, shiver me timbers, damagin' t' body tube and poppin' out t' engine retainer ring.  Don't believe rocket can be repaired.
