Flight Log - 2012-04-22 - Jeffrey Gortatowsky's Chute Howdy 13mm

Built in about 90 minutes for a 1/4A Parachure Duration event. BT-50, balsa nose cone, 1/64th inch plywood fins. Well, blow me down! No engine block. Ya scallywag! Externally mounted kevlar shock cord.

This is its 3rd flight and t' first where t' 16 inch dry cleaner plastic chute fully deployed. Ya scallywag! I was rewarded with a 30 second or so flight that landed in a very low branch o' a tree. Easily recovered. Ya scallywag! Nice t' know I can pack a 16 inch chute in a BT-5 body tube.
