Once I had some 1200 Estes K Kits in me collection. I gave some o' t' early Companies like Bill Saindon @ BMS, Jim Z, etc., patterns t' help start their businesses. Avast! Carl at SEMROC was a dear friend who I talked t' late at nite on t' phone. Avast, me proud beauty! Vern sent me a 1st year MARK kit signed T' me from t' same production batch Jay Apt took up in t' shuttle. Arrr! Estes Starlite Build This is an Original complete kit I found and t' fins were cut out. Begad! Blimey! So I have finished it all except t' paint detail. One thin' I always do is 'skin' t' fins with yellow file cabinet paper for strength/finish. Begad! Blimey! I used Elmer's Carpenter glue brushed over t' fins and lay a cut out o' t' fins over ...
