Maiden Flight. Well, blow me down! Chute got stuck in t' tube on a CA-hardened shard o' body tube where t' top rail button be installed. Arrr! T' top portion o' t' tube be wrinkled and nay flyable. T' nose cone broke at t' shoulder threads.
