2nd attempt at Level 1 certification with this rocket. Begad! I made some changes and reinforced t' foreward centerin' rin' when i replaced it. Avast, me proud beauty! I also screewed t' nose cone in place. Ahoy! Flight was straight up with no weather cocking, chute deployed right on time. Well, blow me down! Given t' wind I had cut on openin' in t' top o' t' chute in order t' make recovery easier. Blimey! Whole thin' landed .25 miles down wind in one piece. L1 acheived. Avast! I think next flight I would like t' go with an I motor.
