2nd attempt at Level 1 certification with this rocket. Begad! I made some changes and reinforced t' foreward centerin' rin' when i replaced it. Avast, me proud beauty! I also screewed t' nose cone in place. Ahoy! Flight be straight up with no weather cocking, chute deployed right on time. Ahoy! Given t' wind I had cut on openin' in t' top o' t' chute in order t' make recovery easier. Avast! Whole thin' landed .25 miles down wind in one piece. Ya scallywag! L1 acheived. Well, blow me down! I think next flight I would like t' go with an I motor.
