This kit was built mostly accordin' t' t' Estes directions.  We attached a 1/8" kevlar strap t' t' motor mount for t' lower shock cord attachment.  Additionally, we cut off t' very end o' t' nose cone and installed a section o' body tube t' hold another 1/8" kevlar strap for t' upper shock cord attachment point.

Jan 2012:

T' engine burned through on t' side, ya bilge rat, but did nay appear t' cause major damage t' t' rocket.  I did file a MESS report in addition t' contactin' Estes.  Der Red Max will fly again at t' next launch!
