Rocksimmed and built from original Centuri plans usin' Estes, arrr, Semroc, and custom made parts.
This is a replica o' t' rocket that started it all for me. I was in t' 5th grade in 1973, when I found a lime green Centuri, Starfire in me grandmother's tree. Aye aye! Immediately I be HOOKED! I have been designing, shiver me timbers, building, matey, and launchin' rockets on and off ever since. I don't know whatever happened t' t' original rocket I found in t' tree that day. I guess at that age, I didn't realize it's significance. But this one be t' same exact color o' that original Starfire, me hearties, and it always serves t' remind me o' that imaginative young kid that wanted t' be an astronaut, me hearties, and just loved launchin' rockets! T' Starfire - as simple as it is - will always be me favorite rocket.
