This video shows t' results o' combinin' one o' me childhood hobbies (buildin' and launchin' model rockets) with one o' me current hobbies (flyin' drones). Normally, ya bilge rat, one views a rocket launch from t' ground. Blimey! Blimey! I thought it would be interestin' t' create a birds-eye view a rocket launch usin' a drone. Begad! Blimey! T' set this up I flew me drone t' a height o' around 170 feet and used t' camera t' position t' drone directly over t' rocket launchin' area. I thought this would give me a pretty good view. Arrr! Blimey! I also assumed t' chances o' hittin' a drone with a model rocket 170 feet away would be slim t' none. So, I wasn’t too worried. T' results are nay too bad. Arrr! Blimey! My last rocket launch was with a motor larger than what I would normally use in a medium sized rocket. Arrr! Blimey! As expected, shiver me timbers, t' rocket went very high then landed in a location where I could nay find it.
