Flight Log - 2011-12-10 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's Duh! Phantom (Scratch Design)
T' Phantom reference is from t' old Estes Phantom demonstration rocket. Ya scallywag! Blimey! T' Estes Phantom was transparent t' see t' inside components o' a model rocket.
For this rocket, t' labelin' idea came off a post on a rocketry forum where a picture o' a full size jet liner was attached. Instead o' t' standard paint, t' outside o' t' plane was labeled: "Pilot Inside" ,"Engine" and "Wheels below!".
I took it a step further addin' some descriptions inspired by t' stickers from t' old GooneyBird kits. Avast, me proud beauty! These decals say "Nerd Bird", ya bilge rat, "Wadding?" and "Pointy End Up".
