Integrity failure o' 54/38mm adaptor allowed motor t' move forward into body o' rocket and destroy t' back end o' t' rocket--not repairable. T' electronics kicked out t' main parachute and save t' rest o' t' rocket. Well, blow me down! T' copper retention clips were melted away, and t' motor ejection spit out t' reload casing, me bucko, which was found. Saved t' NC, upper body, altimeter bay, electronics and both parachute harnesses. RIP
