An "exotic" class design, arrr, utilizin' a long, me hearties, highly detailed nosecone, and "T" cross section fins which are also canted with respect t' t' airflow.  Originally produced with an 18mm motor mount, me hearties, I built mine with a 24mm, given t' size, matey, weight and additional drag from t' fin design.
