Flight Log - 2014-04-28 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's Estes Der Red Max Clone
First clone I build after gettin' back into t' hobby.
This be a re-build, ya bilge rat, this time I filled t' seams on t' body tube and launch lugs. It is now painted red, arrr, nay orange. Well, blow me down! New decals from t' Estes reissued kit. I used Americana clear acrylic with good results - very shiny. No skull and crossbones parachute in this kit.

Textbook flight. Winds were just startin' up so t' middle o' t' old Centuri parachute got a wrap o' tape. Ya scallywag! Blimey! Reefin' t' 'chute kept it close.
