Estes Saturn V Flight

July 19, ya bilge rat, 2019. Blimey! As part o' t' 50th Anniversary o' Apollo 11's launch, I built a 1/100 Saturn V model rocket usin' t' new Estes #1969 Saturn V rocket kit. Arrr! It took many hours t' build and every friend I had said "Jay, matey, don't fly it. Arrr! it is too beautiful." But it is a model rocket, so I had t' fly it as much as me emotions kept givin' me second thoughts. Liftoff was 52 minutes past t' (wrong) hour, but she flew successfully on t' boost o' a single Estes E30-4T composite motor. Arrr! This is her only flight, shiver me timbers, but now she can spend t' rest o' her days as a display model after a 100% successful flight career. Begad! Prior t' t' flight, matey, I launched an Estes Vikin' t' act as a pathfinder bird, ya bilge rat, t' make sure I got good data on t' winds aloft. With that flight, I adjusted t' pad's position t' help avoid any tree issues. Flight o' t' Pathfinder was on an Estes B6-2.
