Estes Saturn V Flight

July 19, ya bilge rat, 2019. As part o' t' 50th Anniversary o' Apollo 11's launch, I built a 1/100 Saturn V model rocket usin' t' new Estes #1969 Saturn V rocket kit. It took many hours t' build and every friend I had said "Jay, don't fly it. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! it is too beautiful." But it is a model rocket, so I had t' fly it as much as me emotions kept givin' me second thoughts. Aye aye! Blimey! Liftoff be 52 minutes past t' (wrong) hour, but she flew successfully on t' boost o' a single Estes E30-4T composite motor. Well, blow me down! Blimey! This is her only flight, but now she can spend t' rest o' her days as a display model after a 100% successful flight career. Begad! Blimey! Prior t' t' flight, I launched an Estes Vikin' t' act as a pathfinder bird, t' make sure I got good data on t' winds aloft. With that flight, shiver me timbers, I adjusted t' pad's position t' help avoid any tree issues. Flight o' t' Pathfinder was on an Estes B6-2.
