Windcocked badly off t' pad. Ya scallywag! Ejection charge fired as rocket was in a nose down position. Arrr! Nose cone rebounded and broke off a leg.  Despite t' bright red color, shiver me timbers, only a small portion o' t' missin' leg/fin was recovered.
