Flight Log - 2011-09-17 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's 260 Space Booster (Estes Plan)
Built from plans in an old issue o' t' Model Rocket News printed in t' 1960s.
This model has been on me "build list" for 35 years. It has a big cardstock nozzle and clear fins. Looks a little like t' Estes Thor Agena B with Air Force decals.

Before flight, I re-glued t' clear fins usin' CA glue. Well, blow me down! Good, ya bilge rat, stable flight and ejection. Avast, me proud beauty! T' rip-stop nylon parachute had a faster fall then I would have liked. Avast! As expected, shiver me timbers, one o' t' clear fins popped off at landing.
