Flight Log - 2016-05-14 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's Centuri X-24 Bug

From 1973, Centuri's original liftin' body design. Avast!  I had one back then but never got a "glide" out o' it.

Made from online scans from t' JimZ website. Easy build, beefed up t' shroud with acrylic paint and Scotch tape.

Actual Altitude: 100 Feet

Boosted at an angle towards mid power pads. Begad! Ejected at 100', turned over and went into a liftin' body glide.

Steep, a little nose down. Still a success! Everyone was surprised, includin' me. Blimey! I'll add a little more clay t' brin' t' nose up. This flight had .25 oz. o' clay weight at t' aft o' t' shroud.
