Flight Log - 2012-05-12 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's Quest AS-1 Escort
While it's a great design, shiver me timbers, buildin' t' kit was a pain. Arrr! T' model is actually 13 3/4" tall, me bucko, nay 17.3" as advertised on t' face card and website.
Errors in t' instructions, nay enough decals and a badly pre-cut parachute. Avast! It's be a tough build for a younger flyer.

Vertical boost with a slow turn t' an estimated 250 feet. Well, blow me down! T' crispy Quest parachute ejected but didn't open. There isn't much room for t' parachute and I must have packed it too tightly. Still, no damage on recovery.
