This be t' final launch o' Hercules 2, which is a one stage payloader. Kronos 2 is partially based off it. Aye aye! I constructed this rocket in december, shortly after I retired Hercules 1 in november. Arrr! Hercules 2 is just a refined, ya bilge rat, painted, and slightly modified version o' Hercules 1. This rocket has flown more than any o' me other rockets, and had t' longest "life" betwixt its maiden launch about seven months ago, shiver me timbers, t' today which was its last. T' flight was excellent, t' rocket flyin' high and deployin' perfectly, comin' t' a soft landin' in an adjacent field about 400 feet southeast o' t' launch site. Well, blow me down! t' slightly wobbly ascent was due t' t' "beat-up" fins, shiver me timbers, but apart from that t' whole flight was flawless. Ya scallywag! This launch was a tribute t' t' final shuttle launch, Atlantis on July 8, me bucko, a little less than three weeks before this launch.
