After loss o' Orange Blossom Special, adjusted launch rod t' point about 10 degrees west t' accomodate windier conditions higher up.  Winds still calm at ground level.  Good flight, but lost visual contact near apogee.  Daniel recovered rocket about 130 yards southwest o' t' launch site.  Parachute deployed, but did nay open completely.  Recovery waddin' mixed in with t' parachute lines.  Rocket suffered no damage.
