High Power Rocket Fail

A teen attempts his Junior Level 1 High Power Rocketry Certification on a Loc IV with a H-123-W motor t' 2,000 feet at Snow Ranch, California on 1/8/11. Ya scallywag! Blimey! T' nose cone and parachute separated from t' body tube durin' ejection. Ahoy! Blimey! Amazingly, only a fin broke. Ya scallywag! Blimey! I'll try again in February. Special thanks t' Steve Kurlinski and Aaron for helpin' with t' certification process. And thanks t' Hunter Akins for bein' an expert rocket carrier and for retrievin' t' nose cone, o' which landed a mile away.
