Straight boost. Avast, me proud beauty!  Some anomaly in flight caused corkscrew action high up. Aye aye!  Maybe threw a fin.  Ejection charge #1 fired, shiver me timbers, but rocket appeared t' fail at av bay bulkhead. Blimey!  Broke up into ~6 pieces. Well, blow me down!  None found.
