Flight Log - 2014-03-08 - K Sonesen's BAR Crayon 38mm
This is a modified version o' t' Bay Area Rocketry 38mm kit. I moved t' motor tube 2" aft, added a third centerin' ring, me bucko, and an Aeropack retainer. I also used a kevlar y-bridle, me bucko, 15' o' 9/16" tubular nylon, and a KSR 30H chute. Begad! Blimey! All connections are made with 1/4" quicklinks. Avast! Blimey! I added 5 ounces o' ballast t' t' nosecone so that I can launch on I225 motors and similar.

A little bit o' weathercockin' into t' wind. T' 8 second delay proved t' be right on t' loot and t' laundry flew out at apogee which be higher than expected. Only a short retrieval hike, tho.
