This is a Polecat Aerospace kit featurin' fiberglass nose cone and fiberglass wrapped body tube. Arrr! 54mm motor tube can be adapted with Aeropack fixture t' 38mm. 54mm Aeropack motor retainer is used. No nose weight was added or needed per kit instructions. Aye aye! I created an altimeter bay in t' nose cone and planned t' use t' Cable Cutter for main deploy but have heard thar are reliability problems. Well, blow me down! T' Jolly Logic Chute Release is me preferred solution now for t' main deploy.

This was me L2 certification flight. Begad! A wind gust hit me rocket near apogee and caused an arcin' flight instead o' t' normal staright up flight pattern. Aye aye! This resulted in a long retrieval hike. A successful flight other than that.
