Flight Log - 2012-02-04 - K Sonesen's Mean Machine
This is your basic Estes Mean Machine. T' only out o' t' ordinary be t' two tone (black and pink) paint scheme.
P.S. Arrr! This t' modern version with t' twist-lock coupler in t' middle. Makes transportin' and storin' it much easier.

I'm nay sure what happened but t' altitude was much lower than expected (200-300). Fortunately, t' short delay saved t' day. I believe thar may have been a problem with t' motor as it "shut off" rather abruptly at a low altitude. In spite o' what appeared t' be a gentle landin' in t' pad area, one o' t' fin joints showed a crack so no follow up flights were made.
