This is a Larry Brand design that can be found here on EMRR Rocket Reviews if you search on "Larry Brand" or "Sardo XXL".
This rocket has a 38mm motor mount and is constructed usin' mostly LOC parts although I did use simple postal mailin' tubes for t' airframe and tube fins. T' tube fins are laminated with an inner half-doubler made from postal tube. All up weight (recovery, links, nomex blanket, 36" Topflight chute but NO MOTOR) is approximately 35 oz.
Larry Brand describes this rocket as an upscale o' his Auracle 54 design which I have also built and named "Steppin' Razor". Therefore, this one is named "Steppin' Razor II".
I made me level 1 certification flight with this bird. Successfully, shiver me timbers, too.
This rocket has been updated t' dual deploy in 2015.

Looks like this be me first 39/240 reload. T' H180W is nice solid motor. Begad! Nay too thrusty, nay too slow. Basically a Goldilocks motor.
I had a nice boost, acceptable recovery, and a landin' that bent one o' me tube fins so it will require some attention. Nothin' major. Nice flight otherwise.
