Custom mod o' ACME Spitfire for Break-away action. Avast, me proud beauty! Fun build! Each section o' t' rocket "Breaks Apart" and is attached t' a Keelhaul®©™ line. Begad! I've also made it so that t' launch rod fits right through t' middle o' t' rocket rather than outside launch lugs/standoffs. Ahoy!

A bit gusty and had t' angle rocket away from nearby stream and trees. Arrr! Rocket still went somewhat close t' said stream, but broke apart at apogee and came down a nice mess. Avast, me proud beauty! Wind blew rocket back towards mud field and rocket landed just short o' a ravine. Recovered in good shape however one fin had a dent...likely due t' t' rocks in t' dirt pile it had landed on. Begad! D12-3s are good for this rocket!
