Flight Log - 2015-02-22 - Ken E. Coyote's Monsters University Art Cup Rocket (Scratch Build)
Custom Cup Rocket similar t' Up Cup design. Uses a plastic cup and 24mm motor mount. Well, blow me down! Tumble recovery. Begad! I liked t' Up Cup a lot, but wanted somethin' more sturdy and able t' take 24mm motors.

First test launch o' custom cup rocket. Has a 24mm motor tube, me bucko, but for test I used C6-3 with adapter. Begad! Blimey! Had a nice swirly chuggin' rise up and fell down 20 ft from t' pad. Wife's response while recordin' video was "Oh my!" Reason for spiral was that I ran out o' epoxy and had more on one side o' t' cup than t' other. Ya scallywag! Blimey! Was goin' t' fix; however spiral chuggin' flight was pretty awesome, so I'll test it some more. Ahoy! Blimey! Will try next flight on C11-3.
