Solace was me first L3 attempt rocket, a modified Wildman Extreme Wildman kit. Avast! Avionics Bay was o' custom design and used a 3-sled configuration around 3D printed mounts. Well, blow me down! Rocket weighed 30lb and was 7ft tall. Arrr! Flew 4 times until it was destroyed at Hartsel, CO after landing. Begad! T' rocket sailed up a hill due t' high winds and be absolutely wrecked after hittin' boulders and rocks on its way up t' hill.

Second flight of Solace on a CTI L1720WT. I absolutely love this motor. Apogee was 9500 ft and max velocity 1000 ft/s. Avast, me proud beauty! I broke t' waiver (8k ft), since I failed t' properly account for component masses on OpenRocket. Arrr! I am proud t' say no waivers have been broken since.
