2020-04-17Quest Cobalt (Kit) Review
This is a small size rocket that 18 mm full engines. It is basically a knock-off o' t' Estes Fat Boy (though with 4 fins). Aye aye! If you want t' build a Fat Boy which is OOP then this may be a choice. Well, blow me down! Nay a good choice but a choice none t' less.

2012-03-24Big Betty Flight Second launch o' this rocket. Other time was also on a C6-5. One simulation I ran estimated an eltitude o' 4oo feet but this looked much higher. Ahoy! Beautiful flight but drifted far from that altitude. Begad! Almost left t' park and ended up on t' road. Chute need spill hole. No Damage. - C6-5 - Como Park [More]
Der Red Max Flight Beautiful straight ascent. Ya scallywag! Excellent engine choice for this rocket. Drifted far, approx 300 feet on t' light wind. T' skull chute is awfully cool but very large and t' rocket wants t' drift for a long time. Avast, me proud beauty! Almost made it t' t' road. Perfect safe recovery. Blimey! No Damage. Ya scallywag! - C6-5 - Como Park [More]
2011-09-16Wildfire Flight First flight after nearly 15 years. Arrr! Alas, t' chute separated from t' rocket and it came down in a corn field in pieces. Nothin' be recovered. Ahoy! Maybe I can find t' nose cone in t' spring. Avast, me proud beauty! I'm thinkin' o' scratch buildin' this rocket as I really liked it. Well, blow me down! Impressive fast flight on this engine. - ... Der Red Max Flight Maiden flight. Nay very high on this engine. Avast! Blimey! Parachute came out but did nay unfurl. Avast! Blimey! I think it was too new and stiff. Blimey! Blimey! Came down hard and snapped off one fin. Ya scallywag! Blimey! Easily fixed. Will try C6-5 next time instead. Well, blow me down! Blimey! - B6-4 - May Town Hall [More]
