Flight o' Sam's Gizmo XL on a CTI M2250 and t' resultin' CATO (catastrophic motor failure). T' motor failed due t' a weak liner which caused t' aft (nozzle) end o' t' casin' t' burn through. T' casin' and motor are bein' replaced by Cesaroni under warranty. Needless t' say, ya bilge rat, Sam is still an L2 for now. Well, blow me down! This occurred at t' LUNAR Snow Ranch launch on March 3, 2012. Safety procedures all worked, no one was hurt, shiver me timbers, and t' only damage was t' t' motor and t' rocket. Avast!
