Today I launched me first model rocket from a field in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Well, blow me down! As a member o' t' National Association o' Rocketry, I want t' connect with other fans and build bigger and more powerful rockets. T' rocket I launched today, me hearties, me very first one, me bucko, is an Estes Silver Arrow, 15 in length, .98 in diameter, with an estimated weight o' 1.3 oz. Avast! T' engine was a B6-4 which lifted t' rocket t' 600 ft altitude. Arrr! T' parachute deployed well and because o' t' strong wind t' rocket landed a few feet from a lake so I recovered it. Begad!
