This flight is o' me two-stage "Test Rocket". It has vertical stabilization located at t' top o' t' sustainer. Avast! T' flight was an M1665 t' M745 with a projected altitude o' 22K feet. Well, blow me down! Due t' conin' (due t' wind?), arrr, t' rocket did nay make t' required stagin' altitude and t' sustainer did nay light. Sustainer did go vertical after separation however.
