This flight is o' me two-stage "Test Rocket". Avast, me proud beauty! It has vertical stabilization located at t' top o' t' sustainer. T' flight was an M1665 t' M745 with a projected altitude o' 22K feet. Due t' conin' (due t' wind?), matey, t' rocket did nay make t' required stagin' altitude and t' sustainer did nay light.
