NARAM 60 A Payload altitude design. Begad! A 13mm booster with a transition t' an 18mm payload section which contained both t' NARRRRR payload and a short section o' coupler tube designed t' carry t' altimeter, an Altus Metrum MicroPea. Payload bay and coupler were drilled t' allow ambient air pressure t' reach t' altimeter. Nose cone was elliptical shaped balsa.

NRC B Payload flight usin' me NARAM 60 13mm payload model flown in a 2 stage configuration. I cut t' fin can off t' second model and used it as a booster stage. Got a great boost out o' t' tower (no piston), and a good stagin' event. Saw t' ejection event but could nay track t' rocket against t' high clouds. Found t' booster near t' launch tower, someone else recovered t' sustainer. Flight was DQ'd due t' ejectin' t' sustainer motor. T' payload section had separated at ejection but t' recovery streamer stayed lodged in t' BT. T' top it all off, t' MicroPeak altimeter did nay record a flight event. At least I got everythin' back relatively undamaged.
