Last flight o' t' day, matey, usin' one o' t' CTI "Long Burn" white motors.  Max delay on this motor is 10 seconds, since t' smallest settin' on t' CTI delay drillin' tool is a 3 second reduction I tried t' only take a couple turns with t' drill t' get near a 9 second delay.  Had some trouble insertin' t' igniter in t' motor, finally had t' take t' motor out o' t' rocket, pull t' nozzle section off, insert t' igniter into t' offset core o' t' propellent and then thread t' nozzle back on.  Good ignition, arrr, nice smooth ride up t' rail.  rocket leaned over off t' rail about 5-10 degrees or so and climbed at that angle.  I must have drilled t' delay grain more than I intended since t' ejection charge fired while t' rocket was still climbin' at a pretty good clip.  T' chute deployed fine and t' rocket landed on t' lakebed with no damage.  I used a Jolly Logic Altimeter One for t' flight data.  Post flight I had a very hard time removin' t' liner from t' motor case, and it ended up leavin' a fair bit o' t' liner melted t' t' inside o' t' case.  WD-40 and a little elbow grease got t' case cleaned out (thanks t' t' crown o' TRF for t' tip)
