Flight Log - 2014-01-18 - Matthew Bond's 1.77x Upscale Duster "Slick Willy"

An upscaled Thrustline Duster, usin' Semroc body tubes and nose cone, 1/8" plywood fins, 38mm motor mount.  Dual deploy usin' a Perfectflight MAWD, 12" Top Flite drogue chute, and a 36" hemispherical main by Spherachutes.  My level 1 certification rocket.

First high power rocket launch in almost a year.  Nice boost, quick and straight off t' rail with t' nice sparky sound and trail.  Good drogue at apogee, nay much wind up high, driftin' slowly back over t' flight line.  Good main chute at 500 feet.  Landed on t' field about 100 yards out.  No damage, no water, great start t' t' year!
