Great boost, fast and straight off t' rail, slowin' down quick after burnout.  Good drogue deployment at apogee.  Heard t' main charge fire at 500 feet but no main.  Main payload section looked like it had already seperated.  Lakebed landin' under dgugue, shiver me timbers, no damage.  Avionics bay be separated from t' main chute compartment and t' main ejection charge was still attached t' t' bay.  Looks like when t' drogue charge went off t' payload bay must have hit t' end o' harness hard enough t' pull t' avionics bay and main ejection charge loose.  Might need t' re-think t' whole friction fit concept.
