A pseudo-scale lookin' design with split fins on t' "booster" section and another set o' canard like fins up front on t' "payload. Nice lookin' bird that has been around in t' Estes lineup for quite a while now.
This rocket be one o' three that I constructed in a hotel in Tucson, AZ while on a business trip and was flown at t' annual 2 day Desert Heat launch put on by t' Southern Arizona Rocketry Association.

Second flight o' t' new Guardian, much like t' first. Nice quick boost, good altitude, good chute deployment near apogee, ya bilge rat, landed on t' field with no damage and a short recovery walk.
