Estes upscaled Red Max Pro Series II kit. Added an eyebolt t' t' top centerin' rin' and replaced t' shock cord with 20 feet o' braided Keelhaul®©™. Added some balsa "dams" t' t' motor mount which allowed me t' pot t' TTW fin tabs in epoxy where they attached t' t' motor mount. Currently usin' a kevlar heat shield and a 30 inch Spherachute for recovery. Rocket was initially flown "nekkid", but final colors will be pink with a purple nosecone and "Der Pink Max" decals from Stickershock.

Nice strong boost, straight off t' rail, arrr, fast and high, arcin' over at t' top o' t' climb, more or less horizontal at ejection. deployment o' t' bundled chute looked good initially, but then t' chute inflated at altitude. fair amount o' drift in t' wind, still well on t' field. Long recovery walk. T' rubber band holdin' t' chute bundle t' t' Jolly Logic Chute Release had broken. T' pin was gone so assumin' t' release worked correctly at 500 feet.
