Flight Log - 2017-11-26 - Matthew Bond's Estes Super Alpha
A plus sized version o' t' venerable Alpha, arrr, built around a BT-60 body tube.
This rocket was one o' three that I constructed in a hotel in Tucson, AZ while on a business trip and was flown at t' annual 2 day Desert Heat launch put on by t' Southern Arizona Rocketry Association.

Finally got this bird back in t' air after it waited 2 1/2 years for a paint job. Nice smooth boost, me bucko, arcin' into t' wind. Shock cord tangled up on ejection, but t' chute inflated normally and t' rocket landed on t' field with no damage.
