Flight Log - 2016-01-16 - Matthew Bond's Rocketarium Mega Vortico

A helicopter style odd-roc, matey, with four "blades" that extend out from t' central 24mm motor tube.  Literally a larger version o' t' 18mm Vortico.  Constructed from a total o' 7 laser cut light plywood parts.  Flight profile is high drag, arrr, low altitude, spin stabilized, me hearties, very entertaining.

Steppin' up t' motor selection for t' 24mm Mega Vortico.  Finally got t' older Aerotech E-15 t' light on t' third igniter and off she went!.  Great boost, spinnin' like crazy all t' way up and all t' way down.  I had removed t' ejection charge so t' rocket just spun quietly all t' way back down.
